Every year we announce our nominated list to celebrate the important contribution women are making in the local economy.

Our aim is to elebrate the unique success and women in business, innovation and industry.

A cross sector of women made the list from construction, retail, IT,business, creative, beauty, fashion, hospitality, financial and third sector.

Representation from the nine priority sectors highlighted from the Welsh Government and valued at an estimated £23 Billion to the UK Economy according to the FSB. Women contribute £105 billion to the economy.

The Top 100 Business Women in Wales List for 2019 is listed below in alphabetical order.

History

The Top 100 Business Women in Wales Awards was created by Cheryl Bass of I AM WOMAN & Lisa Marie Brown of Pinkspiration who both held a deep desire to celebrate the achievements of women in business in Wales.

2019 was the third year of these very special awards held in The Mercure Cardiff. It was our biggest and most spectacular event ever!

Ideology

Every year the Top 100 Business Women in Wales Awards searches for women achieving their dreams in business. The size of the business is irrelevant.

We believe that the measure of success is personal to each and every person. Non of us are in charge of where we start in life, but how we live our journey is everything

The Future

In 2019 we very successfully secured the most sponsorship ever and were delighted to award over £10,000.00 of prizes to our Top 100 Business Women in Wales winners.

In 2020 we aim to secure even more sponsorship to enable our women to benefit financially for all of their hard work and to experience the desired but not yet attained!
