We received thousands of nominations to join our I AM WOMAN & Pinkspiration Top 100 Business Women in Wales 2018 List

 

It was such a pleasure researching each and every individual and their business and discovering the sheer wealth of heart, talent and skill each and every one of these women brought to their business and the communities they worked within.

 

The room was packed with women eager to celebrate the success of one another in such a generous and inspiring manner.

 

Rachel Bedgood rocked the room with her story how she created a £6 Million+ business from an idea and home grown technology. Everyone just loved her simple, down to earth approach to building business and getting the best out of the people you work with, how to build and grow a multi million brand and business and how to stay authentic to your corevalues - Rachel you rocked!

 

This year we are encloraging all of our Top 100 Women to 'pay-it-forward' and in their year of being one of our Top 100 Business Women in Wales they mentor an up and coming woman in business.

 

We aim to keep track of all of our Top 100 Business Women in Wales and their mentees. In the weeks and months to come we will be working to continue to grow our Top 100 and with Cardiff TV we aim to capture experiences, challenges and the awesome success of everyone involved for sure!
